What you are buying

A pillowcase made of 100% mulberry silk, both sides, 19 momme, 6a grade mulberry silk, Standard, Queen and King, with a hidden envelope closure. Silk is a natural fibre, so slight variation in sheen and hand between pieces is normal and is not a defect.

Fibre content and origin

As required by the Textile Labelling Act: this article is 100% Mulberry Silk, both sides, woven in China, and sold by TNAADO Inc., Toronto. The same information is on the label sewn into the case.

Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• We can change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Stock

We hold physical stock in limited quantity. Your units are held from the moment you reach the payment page and released if you do not complete it. In the rare case we cannot fulfil an order we have taken, we refund it in full and tell you why.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Placing an order is an offer; the contract forms when we send the confirmation email.

Your rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law or the federal law that applies to you. Where a term here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

Limits

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. This does not limit liability for anything the law does not let us limit.

Governing law

The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply.
